Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose & Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments are handled for all RelaunchHer programs, services, and digital products. It applies to all customers and participants engaging with our offerings, in compliance with applicable Indian consumer laws. This policy is designed to protect the interests of both the client and RelaunchHer.

2. Services Covered

This policy applies to all services and programs offered by RelaunchHer, including but not limited to:
  • Mentorship & Coaching Programs
  • Paid Events & Webinars
  • Resume Review or Career Guidance Packages
  • Skill-Building Courses or Online Workshops
  • Membership Subscriptions

3. No Refund on Digital or Mentorship Services

Due to the nature of our programs and services, all purchases are final. We follow a strict no-refund policy once:
  • Your enrolment has been confirmed and the program start date/session date has been scheduled; or
  • Any part of the service (including access to materials, resources, or templates) has been provided whichever happens first; or
  • The session has been booked; or
  • Course/module access has been granted
This applies to all offerings, including but not limited to group coaching programs, 1:1 coaching, online courses, workshops, and mentorship packages.

We strongly recommend reviewing all program details carefully before making a purchase.

4. Event/Webinar Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a paid event or webinar:
  • You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to request rescheduling (subject to availability).
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

5. Subscription Cancellations

If you are subscribed to a membership:
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by writing to us.
  • Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of an active subscription.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you were charged in error or have an exceptional case, you may write to us at info@relaunchher.in within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the matter and respond within 5 working days.

7. Compliance with Applicable Laws

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that may be available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
